Searching For Ms. Dewey...

Ms. Dewey is basically a search engine with a smart ass Librarian that feels the urge to give you her two cents.

Sadly, her comments are really just a collection of video clips that can be burned through in about five minutes with only a few special ones being vaguely and randomly triggered by certain keywords (Cussing or using the name of the actress playing Ms. Dewey: Janina Gavankar).

If you are hoping to find a keyword to get her to strip or become nude, just save yourself the time and trouble and rent a copy of Cup of My Blood.

Overall, this will be fun for like 5 minutes, but until someone makes something that really response to my keywords and doesn't just spit out random soundbytes. It is just a novelity.

Liquid Caramel Apple....

Ingredients:

  • A Glass
  • Apple Fanta
  • Butterscotch Schnapps
Pour the Apple Fanta into the Glass and then add a splash (or more depending on your taste) of the Butterscotch Schnapps.

It isn't a exact science, so it can take a few tries to get the best result.

Enjoy

A Work In Progress...

I have decided to redo the look of this Blog and check out some of the new features.

Ugh, Forever And A Day...

I have had a crazy work schedule as of late (working grave and swing), all because one of the guards had to be fired (letting a car getting broke into right in front of the office window has that effect). So as of late I have been a little drained and why I haven't updated lately.

My Job has become a war zone, for many reason including but not limited to death, pay rates, new rules, old rules and well fit throwing. I doubt I will survive there through September, but of course I don't need to because I am moving to Texas here soon. So I have to just skate by and hope no one notices anything I do.

Some People Have World Of Warcraft, I Have Conquer

Thanks to Sara, I found (ok, addicted to) Conquer, which is a free MMORPG. It has four class to chose from (Although, one of the classes splits into two different subsets after level 40) Archer, Warrior, Taoist and Trojan. Lots of different type of weapons, armor and magic spells to choose off. It even has a vast array of monsters everything from birds to ghost to monster made of sand and lava, oh and of course they have the must have for any RPG "Ogres" they just don't call them that. It also has the other staple of any RPG game "XP" which in turn means you spend 80 percent of the game leveling up, but this game has a unique take on it because after you hit the top level you can choose to be "reborn" (I can't wait to try that) and start again as a diffent class. So I think it could take a person a while to play completely through this game.

So far I am having fun my only real two complains are that the areas are kind of vastly spread apart with a city here or there, so you spend a lot of time running around. Which can take awhile if you travel to far away looking for XP. Secondly, they don't really have any guide on how to play so you kind of have to play around and learn stuff by chance.

If you want to team up and play I am on:

Fire Engines And A Dangerous Game Of Putt Putt Golf

I spent the day hanging out with Charles, Gerri and their two kids. We went to a open house at a local firehouse. The boys got to play on the engines and in a mini-house built to show kids what to do in a fire. They even got to play with the fire hose and put out a fake fire.

After the Fire House we went and played some putt putt golf of couse I ended up turning the game dangerous after I hit my ball off course and went after it. I got the ball and was on my way back when my leg got caught on a piece of the fence. Which ripped a hole in my pants and we were only on hole 10, so I had to play another 8 holes with a gaint rip in the leg of my pants.

Hi Ho, Hi Ho, Its Off To Work I Go...

I worked all last week, now I know it isn't a big deal for a person to work a week of 8 hour shifts. Well, it is really several reason why it is making this a big deal.

One reason is because my work schedule is pretty up in the air, I will either be working 5 days, 9 days or 20+ days in the month of August and it is driving me crazy.

Another big reason is because I have been working the 4 - midnight shift, which means I am getting there when either everyone is gone or leaving and so for the whole shift it is just me and the camera monitors which can drive anyone insane.

So I have started bringing my Nintendo DS and the game: Brain Age. which I most use for the game Sudoku, which I play for basically hours after I have done all my rounds. It is the only game I can really play and watch the monitors that the same time.

In a bit of disappointing news, I no longer have to worry about being the "Go To Guy" for my boss, because last week she got fired. For no reason then being in the crossfire of the big boys upstairs fighting with each other. Of course the worst part is it was has been in the plan since three months ago but they used her until they could find a replacement. Welcome to the business world, PSH!

I Really Don't Want To Be The Go To Guy...

(Music - Lying From You - Linkin Park)

So, My job called me up yesterday and wanted to know if I could go train to work at another job site for like two days in August (Yes, I said two days) because a bunch of people jumped ship because my company is losing the contracted in September.

Now I usually wouldn't be against it, for the fact is I understand my work needs the help sometimes. But, I have already did the helping thing for my company and as far as I am concerned it bite me square in the ass.

A month ago, they asked if I would be willing to train and work in a different position since I wouldn't be needed in the position I was in for about two months. So I went in and trained and they made it sound like I was going to be getting all these hours, then I get my schedule and I am only working 9 days (9 FUCKING DAYS!) the whole month. If they had told me that I would have been like no thank you and been done with it but too little, too late for that now I guess.

Of course, it gets even better because they hire another person at the same time as me, but they gave her hours (must be nice to be a friend of the supervisor's daughter) by having her do the weekend shift. Well her the first weekend she was suppose to work she didn't show (didn't get fired might I add) and I got called in to help. The second weekend she work she got someone to cover for half her shift the first day and did work the second day, which is good because I worked the graveyard that weekend and I honest thought I would be working a double. Last weekend she didn't even show up and she still has a job (WTF). So I am stuck in fill-in hell, yet this bum gets to do what she wants.

I finally get to work a full week of shift next week and was suppose to be getting 40 hours a week next month. It has also changed like three times so I doubt I will see anywhere close to that.
If being the guy my boss calls to help (Go To Guy) means being a broke and stressed out gopher then I don't want the title.

You Know What I Miss...

(Music - This Week In Tech - Leo Laporte and the TWiTs)

I miss being able to dislike/hate a person (OK, let me finish before you grab your torches and pitchforks) based on that person's action and personality. Instead of the way it has become. Where it is chalked up to the fact of a person's race, sexual choice, gender, and even age.

The P.C. (Political Correct) pendulum has swung from the side of non-caring and indifference to the complete other side where that is all they can see. Isn't it just as bad to over examine an issue as it is to ignore it. America has turn almost everyone into a uncover racist/bigot/etc. and everyone is on alert just waiting for a person to slip, so they can nail them to the wall for it. I hear statements "It is because I am ______!" and "It is ______ people like you that are destroying the world", a whole lot more then I ever did in earlier years.

I often wonder if this will lead to a new set of "Witch Trials", where everyone is guilty just because someone has a bad feeling about a person. On the other hand, it could go to the other side of the scale and everyone gets overloaded and burned out due to every Tom, Dick and Harry claiming they have been discrimated against and no one cares one bit and we are back when we started.

(Either way, we as a people need to watch and be careful not to become one of the "paranoid people" who is ready to cry "FOUL!", because someone blinked or made a gesture that you dislike.)

*RANT* Yo Momma Is A....

Ok, I seriously dont know who or what Wilmer Valderrama had to do to get his show YO MOMMA! but it seriously shouldn't have been allowed. He is like the new Diddy (AKA PUFF Daddy, Puffy, P. Diddy), he has no reason or even the fucking street cred (I have seen pre-schoolers more bad ass then him) to be hosting any type of Battle show and to top it off if I heard him say "CASHMONEY!" one more time I swear the gates of hell will open up.

PLEASE STOP THE MADNESS, DONT LET ACTORs HOST SHOWS JUST BECAUSE THEY PRODUCT THEM

WELCOME TO THE NEW WORLD!

(Music -- Pon De Replay -- Rihanna)

Welcome to my world, even has a new look and a new edge (ok, maybe focus would be a better word.) It took me a few days to get this look to work with Blogger but I finally got it to work. Ummm, So Your Going To Be Teaching The Children (OH Man We Are Screwed)

(Music -- Everything I'm Not -- The Veronicas)

Today was the Washington Educator Career Fair. First let me say I if my teachers looked like the ones I saw today, I would of gone to school more. Secondly I would like to say I am really scared for the future because these people couldn't even follow simple (and I mean simple like straight forward) instructions and their attitudes well fucking suck , they were yelling and making smartass comments when they didn't get the answer they liked, how are they going to treat they students if they can't even act right in public.

Ok, my last issue with event has really nothing to do with it, what it does have to do with is the RV show that was going on in C lot. I don't know how many time I heard a person pull up and say "I thought it was free!" ok, no one in the parking lot is a psychic so if you want a proper answer you really need to have a complete thought. We hear that statement at every event so we will just think you are whining unless you fully explain what you are talking about, so next time try "I thought parking for *insert event name here* was free?" in a nice polite voice would also help alot.

A Quick Little Post on Overnights, The Wiggles and A Video Game

(Music -- In Stereo -- Fort Minor)

Man, I have work like two overnights and am totally wiped. I did have two more but I gave them away to a guy at work that needed them a little more. I also worked The Wiggles, that show is just like a car accident you don't want to look but you can't help it.

Sara (she is the best) found me the Fort Minor CD from the guy in Linkin Park (I didn't even know he had a Solo CD.) I finally bought Odama for the Gamecube (as soon as I find words to describe it I will put up a review.)

Besides that I haven't done much.

Fall Out Boy Fan Proves My Point About Pink Shirt Wearing People SUCKING!

(Music -- Security Now-- Leo Laporte and Steve Gibson)

The Fall Out Boy concert has landed in Tacoma (YAY!, don't I sound excited). They came with All-American rejects and some other bands, I worked my usual spot during a concert.

I did make my way inside and even got some pictures. So, there I was standing with a few people from work watching the show and this skinny Emo pink shirt wearing bitchass (OK, I don't know if I have ever explained how much I hate pink, salmon, WHATEVER YOU CALL IT! clothing for men. I think it should be a considered a minor or accessory color as in a tie but making your clothes choice by it, should cause you to get beat and stripped of your right to buy clothes--Except if you are a gay man, that is a whole different ball of wax.) comes walking by with a totally fucking hot chick. So I point them out and I am like "how the hell did he pull that off!", everyone looks and start laughing then we realize he is fucking smoking so we go over to him and tell him to put it out and he says going on about "other people are doing it"(SEE PINK SHIRT PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS ASSHOLES!) and we just look at him like tough shit and he finally put it out. After that fun we all when outside and emptied the parking lot, but I got stuck there for another 2 hours because we had to pick up all the equipment off the freeway.

I got home around 1:30am I stayed up until about 5 playing GTA: San Andreas.
