Forever And A Day

Damn, it has been forever since I last posted here and somethings have changed. First, I am making this post on a Dial-up connect (I HATE DIAL UP!!!) from a village (smaller then a town, to the point that the mail is only delivered to the post office and not house to house.) in Nebraska. Which population equals about 1100 and I can't get a cell phone signal, unless I go to the next town over which is like 5 miles away. So you wonder why and how I got here huh? (Well even if you don't I am still telling you so Boo-Ya!!!)

The Beginning:
So lets Rewind to the beginning week of August. I took off a week from work so I could spend time with Sara for the time she was visiting (And I did spend time with her if you know what I mean), but at the end of the week she got sick (By sick I mean Ambulance ride and 6 hour hospital stay and to top it off, security tried to toss me out for being a "Bum".) and I wasn't about to let her go cross-country alone. I tried calling my job at the bank, but no one answer and I left a message. Around two hours later they called me and said I had to come in because I didn't give enough warning. So I quit (the job was wearing on my nerves anyway) and then packed some stuff and hopped on a greyhound bus to Texas (On my way there I called my mom and found out she was having some medical problems so I decided to visit her in Nebraska after my stay in Texas).

The Bus Ride (Also known as Highway To Hell):
Two days of being trapped on a tin can packed full (at one point they actually had people standing in the aisle because they over sold the bus) of idiots who thought their seat could fully recline, angry people who thought they should get to sit alone , people trying to steal your seat if you leave it empty during a stop, bus drivers who think they are better then you and bathrooms that some how never get cleaned during any of the stop to clean it. But the scariest thing was at the last stop we meet this guy who almost had his computer (really nice computer) stolen by a greyhound employee and was a little too open which certain facts of his life (like being gangbanged by five guys and stabbed at an airport down south.)

So Texas was pretty quiet. Sara started College (I so Proud!!) and I hopped on a greyhound bus (For the last time ever, God willing) and came to Nebraska for about two weeks. I will be taking a plane back to Washington (I hope it goes better then the bus ride.)
